How do I get started with a new license?

Step 1. Buy licenses directly from our purchase page.
Look out for an email with your order details.

Step 2. Your CRM admin logs into admin.microsoft.com. Navigate to Billing > Licenses in order to confirm your purchase.

Step 3. Your CRM admin logs into admin.microsoft.com. Go to Users > Active Users, select a user, and assign the license.

Dynamics 365 licenses sold on our website are cloud-based, hosted on Microsoft Azure. If you need on-premise licensing, please contact us for a custom quote.

For Microsoft 365 subscriptions, a refund may be available if the subscription is cancelled within a certain timeframe (usually 5 days of purchase or renewal)
